We accept the following delivery methods:
1. Guests come to our clinic to pick up the purchased goods. Trading hour please refer to our website: https://emchk.com/en/contact.html
2. The payment generation will arrange third party Express and will be delivered on the second working day.
Supply and delivery
a. In accordance with the User Agreement, we will supply the Goods to you based on what is displayed on the Confirmation Order. We will do our best to complete the delivery within the estimated time shown; however, we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.
b. Most of our business addresses in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region are entitled to our free standard delivery service, but we cannot deliver to locations that are not accessible to trucks.
c. Our delivery time is from Monday to Friday, except Saturdays and public holidays.
d. You are responsible for providing the wrong shipping address and we may charge you additional fees.
e. We use third party logistics services to ship goods. The recipient must sign the receipt and can be signed by you or an adult aged 18 or over who is present at the shipping address.
