Return and Exchange

1. All products are not provided with trial service. Once the packaging is opened, non-quality reasons are not returned.

2. Due to your personal reasons caused by damage to the goods will not be returned.

3. Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, quality problems caused by improper installation, or tearing, alteration of stickers, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. will not be returned.

4. The goods of the gift, the combination of the sale of goods, gift packages, goods in the package cannot be partially returned.

5. Pictures and information are for reference only, due to shooting lights and different display color differences and other issues may cause the product picture and the actual color difference, the product is subject to the real thing.

6. When returning the goods, the goods are not opened, used and the packaging is kept at the original state. If there is a gift, please return it together. The items purchased as part of the package or multiple packages must be returned as a complete set.

7. All goods go out and sign for more than 72 hours (based on the delivery time of the logistics company express list). If there is any quality problem, no return service will be provided.  so also need to follow paid repairs and Price list.

8. Due to improper handling and return shipments, the goods will be damaged and lost for any reason, and the risk will be borne by the buyer. AttoHealth will not make any compensation and refund.

9. All non-quality problems require the return of goods, the freight will be borne by the buyer.

10. when returning, please be sure to keep the original brand packaging box or bag, with accessories, labels, instructions, etc., invoice, receipt of express delivery (if there is an invoice or gift) need to be with the goods return. If the returned goods are missing the invoice, the delivery courier or the package is damaged/lost, even if it is within the return period, it will not be processed for you.

11. Ensure that the goods sold are genuine and have no quality problems. If you are doubtful about whether the goods are genuine or not, please issue a written appraisal by a professional quality supervision and inspection agency, and AttoHealth will handle them according to Hong Kong regulations.

12. AttoHealth reserves the right to make changes without any written notice regarding the above return and replacement of goods and shipping policies. Customers are requested to return all the accessories and gifts to the following address and process. If the goods or gifts have been used or damaged, no refund will be accepted.
